Tap Unlock Pro on the home screen, in Settings, or on any locked exercise. You'll go through Apple's standard purchase flow. Pro is a one-time payment — no subscription and no recurring charges.
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID you used to buy Pro. Restoring is free.
Yes. Pro is tied to your Apple ID, so you can restore it on any of your iPhones at no extra cost. Your paired Apple Watch unlocks automatically.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
The Instant Relief (SOS) tool and the first exercise in each section are free. Anything showing a lock icon is part of Pro.
A two-part tool for moments of acute stress. It starts with one minute of guided breathing using a double inhale and long exhale, then walks you through the 5-4-3-2-1 grounding technique to bring you back to the present.
Yes. Breathing exercises run on your Watch with the same pacer, and sessions sync with your iPhone. Install the Watch app from the Watch app on your iPhone if it didn't appear automatically.
